Well, today was quite the adventure! Diesel, the Want A Cookie Co. Ambassador was invited to Dave’s (Ambassador of The Sidney Pier Hotel) birthday today. Dave turned 2 and had quite the celebration!
We put together a few things for the 8 or so dogs that were invited to the party. Leah was thrilled about the invite and put together little gift bags with our cookies, and our pupcakes for the dogs to enjoy. She even had birthday hats, paper plates and even dog themed napkins! Oh my! We even gave one of our birthday bones to Dave, the lucky boy. He even received the hugest bone I’ve ever seen, dubbed the dinosaur bone. He also was thrilled with the other toys and goodies that his other dog friends gave him.
Once Dave and Diesel were captured, they had a bit of an adventure running around the Pier Hotel like 2 criminals trying to avoid the 6er’s, they were able to settle down a bit and enjoy the start of the party.
Dave and Diesel sure loved the special Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese with Salmon icing Cake just for dog’s. Diesel managed to gulp his piece of cake down in one bite, well more like one gulp and I think Dave followed suit. I tell you, these crazy Black Labs sure enjoy their food. LOL!
